Mandya: Two bikers died on the spot after being hit by an unknown vehicle near Hirikalale village of KR Pet taluk. It happened on the night of June 18 on the Mysore-Hassan State Highway.
Sandesh (25) of Hirikalale village and Bharat (23) of Maradahalli have died. The incident took place when the youths who were dealing in tender coconut were coming from KR Pete towards Kikkeri at 10 pm on Sunday night.
The police said that there is a possibility that an unknown vehicle may have hit and run, and the CCTV camera is being checked to find the vehicle. A case has been registered at Kikkeri police station.
