After winning Karnataka Assembly, Congress now planned to attract the voters of Madhya Pradesh. With same strategy used in Karnataka now planned to implement in MP.
Assembly elections will be held in Madhya Pradesh by the end of the year. Congress is eyeing this upcoming assembly election. Apart from the ruling BJP, the Congress has also prepared for the elections. Against this backdrop, Congress state president Mallikarjun Kharge arrived in Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday. On this occasion Mallikarjun Kharge made many announcements while speaking in a meeting in Satna.
Mallikarjun Kharge said that the Congress will conduct a caste-wise census in Madhya Pradesh after winning the assembly elections in the state. Also, farmers’ loans will be waived after our government comes. LPG cylinder will be available for Rs.500 only. Also, women will be paid Rs.1500 per month. Besides, old pension scheme for government employees will be rolled out. Mallikarjun Kharge said that the electricity bill will not be taken up to 100 units. Also, this time Mallikarjun Kharge said that now there are 6 people from backward classes in our executive committee.
Along with this, Mallikarjun Kharge has also targeted the ruling BJP government in the state in this meeting. Mallikarjun Kharge said that the BJP government has not implemented the Bundelkhand package approved on the recommendation of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
